Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING:

Local delivery is available for select areas and will only be displayed if you are located in that particular area.  Your order will be delivered to you and will delivered in a gift bag.  An adult (18 or older) will need to be present to receive the package, preferably the person that placed the order. A signature is required for all deliveries.

Local pickup is available for select areas and will only be displayed if you are located in that particular area.  You may pick up your order curbside of the business address and will only be given to the person that placed the order, unless prior the the pickup, advance written arrangements have been made.  A signature is required for deliveries.

Shipping is only available in the United States via United States Postal Service, UPS or FedEx.

All orders are shipped Monday – Friday (excluding holidays) and are shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase.

When shipped via USPS Priority Mail, insurance in the amount of $50 is included with each package.  If you wish to insure the package above that, the cost of the additional insurance will be added to your order.  Shipping confirmation will be emailed, along with the tracking information.  Tracking information may not be immediately available.

When shipped via UPS or FedEx, insurance in the amount of $100 is included with each package.  If you wish to insure the package above that, the cost of the additional insurance will be added to your order.  Shipping confirmation will be emailed, along with the tracking information.  Tracking information may not be immediately available.

Shipping is calculated based on weight and size of products purchased.  If it is deemed that your package can be shipped for less than calculated, you will be notified of the difference and a refund will be applied to the form of payment.

All orders are packaged securely. Any damaged or missing item(s) must be reported within 2 days of receiving the order.  Pictures of the damaged goods, including the package in which it was shipped, must be emailed to hope@simplyyoursspa.com with a description of the damage, if not obvious.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please contact the United States Postal Service, UPS or FedEx directly.  Simply Yours Spa Collection is not held responsibility for packages that are delivered.  We are not responsible for any carrier delays.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or error on your part, there is a re-shipping fee that will be charged for us to reship your order.

RETURNS:

Due to the nature of our products, RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.   ALL SALES, SHIPPING, and HANDLING COSTS ARE FINAL! If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us immediately upon delivery.  In the event Simply Yours Spa Collection is responsible, we will replace the item. Refer to our shipping policy regarding damaged goods for directions.
